Wedding coffee cart FAQ

How much does the coffee cart cost?

Every event is different, so we prepare a tailored quote based on guest count, timing, menu and venue. We charge per event, not per hour. Send us the details and we'll reply within 48 hours.

How many guests can you serve?

We work with events of 10 to 250 guests.

Where do you work?

We work across the Basque Country and Cantabria (Bilbao, San Sebastián, Santander and around), throughout northern Spain, and in Barcelona and the surrounding area. Travel is included in your quote, based on distance. Somewhere else? Just ask.

What do you need at the venue?

A flat space of about 2 × 2 m near a power socket. No power on site? Tell us and we'll find a way.

How far ahead should we book?

At least two weeks, so we can prepare the coffee and supplies. For wedding season, the earlier the better.

Can we add extra hours?

Yes, as long as we agree it before the event so we can bring enough supplies.

Do you have dairy-free options?

Yes: premium plant milks, matcha, chai and organic infusions. Everything is served in compostable cups.

Shall we create the perfect moment?

Fifty guests on a clifftop or 150 at a mindful festival. Tell us the date, venue and guest count, and we'll bring the aroma.
